Cancellation Policy

Please help us to streamline our work by being respectful of our staff and volunteers. If you do decide that you can't attend a course you have booked for, please let us know as soon as you can.

Cancellation Policy

Your place is confirmed on receipt of a deposit (generally 50% of the course fee).

Our policy on cancellations is as follows:

• If you withdraw from a course more than one week before the start date you will receive a full refund.
• If you withdraw from a course less than one week but more than 24hrs before the course starts you will receive half the full fee back.
• If you withdraw from a course less than 24hrs before the course starts there will be no refund unless there are exceptional circumstances. Refunds will be at The Muse’s discretion, after Trustees have met to discuss.
• If the same course is repeated later in the year, The Muse may offer you the option to transfer your fees to the next course.
