Room For Hire

Our room is available for hire - Room 6, Phillipstown Hub, 39 Nursery Road, Phillipstown (map).

We have a data projector and screen, large whiteboard, and seating for about 60 people. There is a microwave, small fridge and small toaster/oven as well as two large teapots, a large urn and 200 cups. If more kitchen facilities are needed there are more kitchens at the Hub that can be booked separately. We can provide cafe style tables and PA system by negotiation.

Suggested contribution towards expenses:
$15 per hour or $70 per day (up til 5pm - if you require the evening as well, it's a separate booking)

Suggested contribution towards expenses for non-profits groups:
$10 per hour or $50 per day (up til 5pm - if you require the evening as well, it's a separate booking)

Please ensure you include time for set up and tidy up in your hire timeframe.

There is room for negotiation on these 'suggested contributions', for instance if you are running an event where there is no charge or funding, or you are running a pioneer event that falls within the aims of The Muse and don't get enough people to cover your costs.
