Tutor, Valerie Wycoff says . . .
Feldenkrais lessons helped me as a professional singer to overcome challenges that impaired my performance, my sleep, and many of my daily activities. Some of my past challenges were headaches, chronic neck tension, and sciatic pain.
I enjoy supporting others in their daily lives and in preparation for specialised activities by exploring these lessons and the fascinating interplay of movement, breath, rhythm, and emotion.
I will graduate in July from the Wellington Feldenkrais Professional Training and I am authorised to teach Awareness Through Movement classes. I also teach singing, and coach performance and movement at National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Art (NASDA)
