Cancellation Policy
By clicking the submit button, you acknowledge that you have read our cancellation policy.
Your place is confirmed on receipt of a deposit. (Generally 50% of the course cost)
If a person withdraws from a course that they are booked on, the following applies.
- Within one week of the start date they will receive a full refund
- Less than one week they will receive half the full fee back.
- Up to 24 hours before the course starts, they will receive no refund unless there are exceptional circumstances and at the Muse’s discretion. (Trustees will meet to discuss)
- If the same course is repeated later in the year the Muse may offer the person the option to transfer their fees to the next course and attend without paying any extra.
